Yesterday was lost in the "twilight zone" I never got to my computer and didn't log anything...but it was a good day...took the day off from working out, and didn't really eat anything overboard. Went bra shopping after babysitting the three grand kids, now that was a workout! i must've tried on 40 bras! Good times...Back on track today!
