1331 kcal Fat: 52.16g | Prot: 48.59g | Carb: 185.92g.   Breakfast: Oats , Raisins (Seedless) , Apples , Apple Juice, Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Lowfat Plain Yoghurt. Lunch: Medjool Dates, Chicken Drumstick, Cauliflower Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Dehydrated). Dinner: Mixed Salad Greens, Avocados, Honey, Carrots, Sweet Red Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes. more...
