It ended up being a high calorie day after all. To make sure I didn't have something prepared with/in tap water, I ended up getting coleslaw and a potato with my brisket. They didn't have any small potatoes. I ended up eating the whole potato. Well, since I plan to give blood sometime this week, I knew I shouldn't try to eat too little. Oh well, I tend to have a high calorie day once a week. Back on the wagon tomorrow? ;-)
