Well I've lost another lb. I know that I can do better but , with all the stress at work and long hours I have not even been able to get by the center to weigh in. Right now there kind of down on me about not weighing in and I know they are right but, every time I do go they tell me great work. All I know is that even with all the problems I have I've been doing OK!. The Hulk
