due to knee injury and being lazy for almost three months, the weight stay the same. I started excercise three days ago and I am ready to reach the goal of 57kg instead of my first goal 56kg. this time it will be mainly through excercise and 5 small meals aday.
131.2 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
