I will try my very best to do these things:
1. Eat within my 1,400 calorie budget. 2. Do at least 1 hour of exercise on the elliptical bike. 3. Do at least 3 kinds of weight-bearing exercises. 4. Do at least 3 kinds of squats with 2 repetitions.
