you have already won the first few battles misty.Take from me cut out all sugars for a few days and watch your cravings disappear.sugar and sugar substitutes make you crave more food.misty I had to learn in my mental states to hate food .to only really eat if i needed it.its hard but cutting the craving is a hugggge step.do you like oatmeal?if your so hungary just eat a serving ,it will stop your hunger.even if your not really enjoying it.just eat it and watch how it fills you up.i can if you want tell you exactly as i do it .i dont want to preach but i want to help you get at least at my point of not caring about food so much.my old cruth.my old friend.i will shut up if you would like.i hold my weight well but im so much further from my goal than you.for me its my way of life.thanks for you motivation to me i appreciate it.now you can do this.mind over matter girl ....smiling
