After 3 weeks, I'm down 6.5 lbs. Most of that was lost in the first week. I feel like I've been yo yoing the past two weeks between 158 and 160. Lets see how this week goes. Today is a normal day.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
