Fat: 71.11g | Prot: 94.65g | Carb: 201.67g.   Breakfast:  Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Plain, Blueberries, Cream (Half & Half), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Honey Bun. Lunch:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Garlic, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Baked or Broiled Salmon, D'Anjou Pears. Dinner:  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), corned beef, carrots, cabbage, parsnips, Mediterranean Salad - ETL, Stop & Shop New Red Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Reese's Reese's Pieces (Fun Size).
