again, I think I was focusing on the calories too much. I am still watching what I eat, but I am not counting every single calorie. So far that seems to be working. I may come back to the actual counting and listing everything I eat, if this starts to go awry, but so far I feel better. Yesterday was my daughter birthday we had cake and ice cream. I love cake! Anyway, I did pretty good, still under 190 so I am happy. need to keep working though. its not going as fast as I want but I suppose it never does!
