Ok-water retention? Still on a plateau. My meeting leader looked at my food diary and concluded I'm not getting enough protein, which is kind of hard since I'm going in the direction of vegetarian. Also, I starved and lost sleep last week so I know I went overboard this past weekend with margarita night. Drink more water. Drink more water.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Easy protein: a couple of hard-boiled egg-whites added to your salad, non-fat dairy (milk, cottage cheese, yogurt). There are lots of vege protein sources - vege burgers, quorn products - just watch the sodium.
