1358 kcal Fat: 48.92g | Prot: 94.97g | Carb: 121.96g.   Breakfast: Sargento Mexican shredded cheese, Pace thick salsa, Premium 100% Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, 2 cups coffee, 1 egg, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Smart Balance, Nature's Own whole wheat bread. Lunch: Ken's Lite honey mustard dressing, Boar's Head Oven roasted turkey, salad, 2 slices Nature's Own whole wheat bread. Dinner: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad (Half Portion). Snacks/Other:  Tostitos scoops tortilla chips, Corona beer, Boar's head sliced turkey breast. more...
