I am doing really well following my self appointed diet :) I have also decided to start walking to Subway for my lunch. Its about one mile from my workplace, and if I walk over, eat my sandwich and walk back, I get my exercise, eat a healthy lunch, and feel better. Just one of the things I have started doing to lose this weight. I am still really motivated, which is baffling some of my coworkers, but I am going to drop this weight!

I am also doing really well in staying motivated to go to the gym every day but Friday. Another thing I have learned since starting this is that if you crave something, eat it! Just dont overdo it. I have really wanted a doughnut for the past couple of days, so I just bought one. Just one, and I ate it. I dont feel bad about it, and I logged it in my food entry, I just have to remember that its one and done. Not eat one, then eat another, and another! LOL
