Weighed in! 220!!! (I think I woke up my sister by jumping up and down in the bathroom!)
I have'nt broke 220 in YEARS! God, this feels good! Suddenly it seems so STUPID that I waited so long to do this!
Yoga tonight! My thanks to the people that have added recipes to this site, it's really making it easier to stay on track! :)
