I am just now quitting smoking for the second time and finally getting myself on track. The fact that I lost 10 pounds can probably be chalked up to just getting more rest because my baby finally sleeps though the night and just not having anytime to eat... But for cereals now, I am going to start eating right and working out :3

131.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

My thoughts are with you :) Just quit smoking two months ago. Stay on track and watch your weight closely. It can jump quickly.
