Today I realize peas have a lot of carbs. I really really want sugar.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Ajeans, did you notice that FitBrit is on Atkins? Peas are high in natural sugars and carbs...there are many other choices while on Atkins that are better sources of fiber and protein... That's one of the great things about eating this way, the sugar/bad carb cravings will greatly subside soon, and in most cases disappear completely if you follow it correctly. Hang in there, and don't give up on your first day!
