I am currently working out but still feel tired all the time. I am drinking more water but still not meeting anywhere near my goal. I did somehow manage to go up in my run time(meaning I shaved a minute off my time)last time I ran a mile and a half but I'm not sure how(LOL). I'm tracking my calories for awareness not for weight loss. Today is my first day with this new app bc my old one sucks! Let's get it!!!!!!
