Brought my new baby for the first virgin run today! It felt really good. Asics always has great running shoes. Did a 16km run today and was so dehydrated by the time i got back.

Hitting the gym in the afternoon with my bf for weight training. Tmr is my rest day! Gonna treat myself to a 6 inch subway chicken breast sandwich. I can't wait! :) YUM YUM YUM!
