So I am trying to get fit and lose weight for a holiday in the end of may, its been going ok so far and I have been hitting the gym 3/4 times a week doing circuits, body pump, yoga, lbt and other classes. I have lost a few pounds since the first weigh in but i'm going away for the weekend and will miss two gym sessions and will likely be eating out a lot...fingers crossed i don't put on the little weight I have lost!
Did 30 squats as part of the squat challenge, didn't do any yesterday as knackered from spinning
