OK so not sure how I dropped this far unless I lost some water weight overnight... though I did weigh myself right after I went to the bathroom and got up whereas yesterday I think I ate before I weighed myself.

*shrug*

(or maybe it's the Benefiber?)

I'm not getting excited yet but if I am still under 270 tomorrow - THEN I will be excited.
