Did great on the 20th increasing the protein and lowering the carbs then went to my card game and had some jelly beans and almonds and went to over 1700 calories.. Should have taken in less or not touched the snacks at every table.. Ate a chicken brest to get plenty of protein in me before the card games so I would not be hungry and wasn't but did not stop me from mindless snacking while playing cards... Geez

that is ok, you are aware, and that is big. Now you have to think of some snacks that you can bring for yourself and set on the table and give yourself permission to eat them. Give it some thought and figure up the calories in them so you can prepare. sounds a little strange, but eventually, my friends got on board and realized how important the weight loss was for me. Some of them were very helpful too, gave me ideas I hadn't thought of.

ps, went to "savor the olive" store at hilltop yesterday. Wonderful. they have tons of olive oil, and multiple balsamic vinegars to taste. they are so healthy for you and the vinegars came in expresso, chocolate, lavender , etc, etc, about 50 different flavors. they have 3 carbs per tablespoon, and 2 tablespoons = 0 points in weight watchers. she couldn't give me a calorie count, but vinegar is nothing usually. You should go, it is a wonderful place and so favorable.
