I diet all week lose a pound or two and then comes Friday night and dinner out with wine and card games with sweet and sour snacks every where and her comes Monday morning and every ounce of the weight it back.

Playing golf, walking or working out at the gym do not help at all with the weight that I gain back every weekend.

Get me off this merry go round...

Well you know what the problem is and the only one who can fix it is you. You gained weight because of certain habits and the only way to lose it is to change your habits. Exercise can help offset some of the food we eat, but not all of it. So you will have to get your weekends under control if you really want to lose weight. Plan your Friday night. Eat lighter during the day and save the calories for night. Find out where your doing to eat and then pick the healthiest choice. Have one glass of wine instead of two or plan for two and have a lower calorie dinner. Bring your own snacks and stay away from the sour snacks. Do you really need to eat after eating? No, it's a habit. Habits can changed. You have to want to change. Look up a book called "Becks Diet Solution" on amazon. Read the reviews. It helps us change the way we think about food. Your not going to change overnight. One battle at a time. It's about progress not perfection. You don't have to give up everything to lose, but you need to make modifications on the weekend. A diet should be sustainable for life. Good luck!
