Oh, my God. It's been so long since my last journal entry. I don't know what happened.....
You know how a recovering drug addict can just go on a bender without warning?
Well that's how I am.
When it comes to dieting, I can be very self-destructive. I'll eat healthy for a week or two, get bored of it (or, all too often, get a craving for a particular junk food item), and then I'll hit the drive-thru. And I don't stop until I hate myself.
The past few weeks have been a blur. A strange, pizza, chip, and candy-filled blur.
Back on track.
I really want to do this. I want it so bad but I just am not that great at it.
But I'm trying. I've been waiting for the weather to warm up to get back into my jogging. It's sunny, but FREEZING, and usually raining/snowing. So. Soon, hopefully. It clears my head :) Plus I haven't jogged in over a year. I'm scared I'll get winded within a minute >_<
Yikes.
I have to say, breakfast was yummy and filling! I seem to do a bit better when my meals are planned, so maybe I'll just do that from now on instead of scrambling to find something healthy at the last second.
Anyway!
Got to tend to the kiddies.
