Today I changed protein shake powder because I ran out of my Designer Whey chocolate flavor from Publix -- which, by the way, I love. I decided to try the chocolate flavor sold at Smoothie King, which has almost no carbs, however it is GROSS! Gotta figure out a way to help myself to like it. Very metallic taste -- yucchy. I hate to waste the money so I'm gonna figure this protein powder out.
