When I joined in on the 4 pound challenge I weighed 207 (but this was at night), so I decided to measure from my lowest weight (so it would really be me losing 4 pounds, not re-losing from the weekend). Well, this morning I was 202.5! That's 1.5 pounds down from 204, my previous low weight. Hurray! I swear, I lose so much weight while I sleep, it's great :)

Anyways, I need to get rid of those ugly last 2.51 pounds, so I can be under 200. That's what this week is for!

It seems that most of us fail to see just how important our sleeping hours are! Great job, keep going and you'll be at your goal before you know it!!
