Work stress and food definitely correlate. Still doing well on the challenge, which I'm happy about and proud of myself for. In an effort to get out of my calorie counting/exceeding slump I'm making a new plan. Instead of staying under 1500, I have to exercise away whatever I go over. So far today I'm about 250 over. Ugh. But I burned some on my walk and there's plenty I can do to burn off the rest. In fact, I'm now standing up with my computer raised so I can be working body and brain. Every little bit counts, right? Lol. Still determined!
