Jannette's Journal, 12 August 2010

I haven't had any processed carbs for the last two days. I've been eating fresh fruit and veggies, and meat for protein. Also been drinking a cup of milk with each meal. Fills me up more so I don't snack.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
