Crest-of-Luck's Journal, 18 March 2013

So today I'm off to a great start. I had Greek yogurt with almonds and an apple, as well as strawberries. I also snacked on some shrimp. I plan on having a modified Cobb salad for supper after my double Spin class. My goal is to lose 2-3 pounds this week. Let's see if I can do this!
