even with a slight cheat day (around 1700 cals) and a full blown cheat day (almost 2000 cals) I was able to loose 3 pounds in a week!
Woo hoo!
281.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
