About to turn 39 and feeling more like 50. Want to get healthy, not skinny. Work part time and have 3 teenagers. Hectic life makes it hard, picky eaters in family also make it hard. MUST get some weight off. My body is begining respond to the stress of the extra weight.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
For some people often is good, but for those of us on the upper end of the scale, I think weekly is good. Weighing in too often when you are already heavier than most can be a real morale killer if things aren't going as you had hoped.
