Did not do well this week I am sure the scale will not be favorable Its hard to figure why I seem to sabotage myself always after I do a week really well??

1313 kcal Fat: 40.18g | Prot: 45.04g | Carb: 206.57g.   Breakfast: international coffee french vanilla, smuckers sugar free jam, margarine non fat,  waffles nutrigrain eggo. Lunch: apple, Lean Cusine roasted chicken. Dinner: Kraft Rasbery Vinaigrette salad dressing, salad mixed vegetables, spaghetti wheat marinara sauce. Snacks/Other: crackers premium whole wheat, cheese american slice, Special k bar chocolate and pretzel, skinny pop. more...
