Too much indulgence over the weekend means I'm starting at my highest weight since stopping weight watchers. Looking forward to getting started this week with getting my eating on track and my workouts on track.
This week, I have two goals: 1) Track my food consistently and get back in that habit again; 2) Go to the gym 3 times (Monday, Thursday, Friday) and go for a walk with Ethan at least twice (Monday, next weekend at least once).
I prepped food for the week: -Cut up carrots, broccoli, celery; -Hard boiled eggs -Made granola bars -Made a vegetarian stew for dinner on Monday and Tuesday.
