Excited to get started with losing the last 20-ish pounds of baby weight! Ethan will be 18 months old this weekend, and though I lost 23 lbs with WW, I still have 18 more to lose.
My goals are: -Obviously, lose the weight. -Become consistent with going to the gym. By this, I mean I'd like to get into the habit of going at least 4x/week. -Change up my routine at the gym. Start going to pilates, take a new class every week, run on non-class days, lift, etc. -Do better with eating. As an UnDiet ambassador for Meghan Telpner's new book release next month, I'm trying very hard to eat UnDiet style--no dairy, organic/grass-fed meats, limited gluten, mostly veg diet.
