I ate horribly this weekend. It started on Friday when I visited an all you can eat buffet. I already know that protein makes me not be hungry, but I was craving carrot cake. Then I went to Outback yesterdays\ and all those sugars just make me more hungry. I cannot eat a high carb diet -- it is detrimental to me. I will get back on track tomorrow!
