- Pilates Bootcamp With Cassey Ho (not the 1st 6 minutes)
- Slim Down Cardio Burn Workout

11:30 AM Pre & Mid Workout Smoothie

-1 Banana + 1 tbsp of Rice Protein + 1 scoop of Green Tea Powder + 1 Lemon juice yield + 1 cup of Frozen Mix Fruit + 1 tbsp of Almond Butter + 1 cup of Distilled Water
