Did well! Pleased with my weight loss. Did better at lunch time, tried to do more pre planning and rely less on processed food and I also,paid more attention to the sodium levels in the food I was buying. I ended up using "most" of my weekly points...did snack in front of the TV, wasn't really hungry, but everyone else was having popcorn so I did too. I need to work on that! It was air popped and I used the light whipped butter (only 1 Tbs) but I wasn't hungry and didn't need it. Would of rather of spent my points on a treat or something that I really wanted. Power walked 2 miles with Ripunning Rascals. Bought a pedometer, trying to get at least 10,000 steps a day.....that's harder than I thought! :)
186.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.2 lb a week
