I feel horrible! I have been binge eating for the past 4 days and have literally gained 5 pounds. I have lost all desire to work out and have not been running or to the gym since friday! I am not sure what is wrong with me. I am determined to get back on track though. I will need to work extra hard on diet and exercise for a while to get rid of all this extra weight that is making me feel so bad. I don't want to leave my house or hang out with anyone until I do!
SOOO Mad at myself it is unbelievable!
