Been doing the raw diet since Monday. I started out at 125 lbs because I overate last week, and weekend. I have lost weight everyday and I am down to 120.2 now. Fruits and veggies for lunch and breakfast, then healthy dinner with some protein (veggie chick patties or salmon and a veggie for dinner). Will keep up with the raw diet until I get to my goal weight. Then I will switch to eating more protein and veggies, and start weight training.
