I know I am a little heavier then I should be. I just want to lose it and keep it off. That is why I REFUSE to take any type of DIET pills. I have changed my eating habits and walk 3 miles 6 days out of the week. Due to being unemployed I can do that now. I once heard Jenny Garth say "KEEP MOVING". So now, I turn off the TV when the hubby/kids leave to work/school. Make sure to have a breakfast with plenty of protein and been trying to get to everything in the house that needs to bee done and has been neglected when I was working.
