Lunch: French Dip Sandwich w/ Potato Salad
Could have made a better choice. The sodium in the broth I'm sure was a bad idea. The meat was lean so that wasn't to bad. But again could have made a better choice.
Today wasn't a good day. To much sweet stuff and too much soda. It's amazing how easy it is to go back to old ways when you get off the bandwagon. Man do I need to get back on! I'm realizing that I don't have a whole lot of will power when it comes to food. The ice cream showed up with a friend and I didn't even think of turning it down. I forgot completely that I had already had a cookie that day. I just could have done a better job overall.
If I want to be a thinner person I have to act like a thinner person.
