I'm starting a challenge on this website in a few days (squats for a month). I don't think I've ever done a squat before in my life intentionally, and I even looked up on youtube for the proper way to do them. Tried it out today at 20, not that bad. I'm looking forward to it.

Good news, my second full day as a member, and I'm about 100 calories under my RDI, which from my limited knowledge of diet and nutrition, means that I am doing alright for my fitness plan.

Day 3 coming up tomorrow, hoping I can do just as good tomorrow.
