DAY 6 sleep. I caught up with much needed I slept late and gained 1 lb ;(. However, I lost 21/2 from my waist :)so I wasn't too upset. I went to the park and waked for around 30 minutes as it was such a beautiful morning. I must try to keep these carbs down though. They just sneak up when I am not expecting them.
