So re-started my diet today and got a new weight to start again, also changed some of my medications for my diabetes, so will see how things go over the next few days. Also confirmed that I have B12 deficiency due to metformin so got to have injections to top up my B12 and then take B12 tablets everyday. Still feeling hungry today but will refocus on what I need to do, my doctor was pleased that I have lost weight over the last 6 months without trying too hard, only 7lb but at least I haven't put it on! But I lost this without trying so what can I do when I really work hard at it! Slowly but surely I shall lose weight and make changes that will last the rest of my life! So pleased I found this site as the support I am getting already is great from my buddies and also looking at other peoples journals to see their struggles. Also looking forward to trying some of the recipes that I have found! X
