I've been doing Les Mills Combat dvd's every day and counting my calories. It's coming off at about 2 to 3 pounds a week. I can't complain. I love the flexibility. :)
254.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
