i have lost weight from 83kg to almost 67kg now and i maintained it for nearly a year but now i want to lose more also during my last weight loss my aim was only to lose weight but now that i am in my required BMI but now i want to be totally fat free and get abs so i need to lose a lot of weight especially the belly and thigh area, in the gym i do cycling for nearly 1hour and then cardio for almost 15 min and then circuit training
