I have been overweight my entire life and i have been in and out of diets all the time. This time i hope to stick to it with a portion control diet that seems to work for me just fine the last couple of times. to that i'm adding exercise that i do every morning(Minus Sunday's), walking 30-40 minutes and i hope to increase the time as i go on till i reach 1hr.
