I've basically stopped logging food because no matter how hard I try (eating "bad" things) I'm finding it very hard to get my calories over 1,000 each day. My average has been more like 500-800 the past week. The MS isn't just in the morning... it's ALL DAY!
Small victories like eating more than 10 bites of anything feel like big accomplishments.
I'm not supposed to be trying to lose weight while prego, so I'm just going to go with it, and start logging again when I feel like I can actually eat again.
