Well my panicy note yesterday morning turned out to be another lesson in reading this site. When I posted yesterday morning with my discouragement, I read 30% for the day as 30 grams of fat when in truth I was only at 12 or some such. Ok. So next time - read more carefully and dont panic.

As it was my day was around 35 grams of fat - higher than the 30 I wanted to be, but lower than the "kick my own rear" level of 40. Either way it is dramatic improvement for me from the low 50s I was at the two days prior.

Today, I tried getting rid of the egg yolk for my breakfast egg - I really didnt miss it, thus I will likely do this most of the time. Though, the flip is that almost all of the nutrients of an egg are in the yolk. I suppose we will have to see.

also. Im really glad that my mom and sister are here with me. (Im slightly afraid that once they meet their goals that they will bail out on me *hint dont do that! Please! hint* ) They both have much less to do than I do, and both have great will power and motivation. I have neither great will power or stores of motivation. But perhaps they can help me iron it out :) I am really happy they are here though. Makes the miles between us a bit smaller. Maybe it will help make us smaller too.

I was amused as all heck when I recorded my weight yesterday (3 lbs down since I started this site - which is distorted because I had been on my cycle when I began...) it said in a sort of by the by way "At this rate, you will reach your goal weight in 3 months". - As unhealthy as I know that would be, I cant help but say "yeah right.. i wish!"
