I found some documentation about Fat grams and percentages. I am shooting for 30 grams.

Its very discouraging when you start your day with this in mind and eat what you think is a sensible meal - only to find out that you have almost blown it for the day with your fat grams - with one meal.

Diet Calendar Entries for 08 August 2010:
