Disappointing that the loss is so slight but at least still in the right direction. The dichotomy is that eating dominates your life but perhaps that is necessary to significantly change your weight. Sad to become obsessed.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
